"My husband and I have had a wonderful experience utilizing Fred Sanchez as a realtor over these last four years. I initially picked Fred, after walking around my neighborhood and seeing that he was the only realtor that had a "pending" sign on his listing out of about 40 listings I saw.

Fred has sold two of our custom-built homes! Each time, the home sold at full asking price, during the first week on the market -- In a down market!!! His pricing was better than his competition and his service was superior. His website and pictures really sold the homes. Potential buyers were able to look at every ounce of "eye candy" we had in our home and we sold via internet before they even got to our home! His flyers were beautiful; and anytime we need more flyers, he would promptly drop them by the same day. "Fred Sanchez has been our realtor for the past several years. He has always been worth every penny, whether we were buying or selling, and our last transaction was no exception.

We decided to find a house closer to the Middle School where my wife teaches, so we called Fred to help us find the "perfect house". Fred patiently showed us SEVERAL houses until my wife and I finally found the "perfect one". We were ready to offer right away, but Fred's market research said the price we were prepared to offer was too high. Fred kept my wife and I appraised of market activity in general as well as the interest in our condo. After six months in a dead market Fred never once suggested we lower the asking price; typical of most realtors. Once we did get an offer, Fred proposed and executed a counter offer that resulted n the buyers signature. Then, during the escrow period, you went way beyond expectations assisting us with contingencies resulting from the inspection process.
